Our Lord of the Sea Art

(1 customer review)

A True Family Heirloom.  The painting portrays the virtues of trust, courage, and hope.

The artist of the original painting titled it: Our Lord of The Sea and it was done for the June 1944 Second World War cover publication of The Catholic Church Extension Society’s monthly magazine Extensions. I received permission from the Society to use this as the logo for my company. I am particularly fond of this image because, when I was an enlisted sailor aboard the USS Randolph (CVS-15) in the Summer of ’62 I was a Quartermaster Seaman.  As such I was at the ship’s helmsman for what seemed an eternity!

These hand pressed, dye sublimated, ceramic tiles are instant cherished Family Heirlooms.  Ceramic tiles last hundreds of years!

This is piece of quality artwork. The finish on the tile is perfect and the frame looks very professional.
