Description
The artist of the original painting titled it: Our Lord of The Sea and it was done for the June 1944 Second World War cover publication of The Catholic Church Extension Society’s monthly magazine Extensions. I received permission from the Society to use this as the logo for my company. I am particularly fond of this image because, when I was an enlisted sailor aboard the USS Randolph (CVS-15) in the Summer of ’62 I was a Quartermaster Seaman. As such I was at the ship’s helmsman for what seemed an eternity!
These hand pressed, dye sublimated, ceramic tiles are instant cherished Family Heirlooms. Ceramic tiles last hundreds of years!
